Installation Guide

Nemo is distributed on the Python Package Index (PyPI) as nemo-py with pre-built binary wheels compiled against ISO C++20.

Prerequisites

Python Version

Python 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13

Supported Platforms

Linux (x86_64, aarch64), macOS (Intel, Apple Silicon), Windows 10/11

C++ Runtime

Embedded inside wheel; zero external dependencies

pip install --upgrade nemo-py

Linux & macOS:

python3 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install nemo-py

Windows PowerShell:

python -m venv .venv
.\.venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1
pip install nemo-py

python -c "import nemo; print('Nemo engine installed successfully!')"
